Aaron spent 12 years in large corporations (sales from $300M – $10B) in general management, sales, and services in the Life Sciences, Semiconductor Equipment, and Automation industries. He has managed business units and regional groups ranging in size from $10M to $55M in revenue with groups exceeding 300 employees. Aaron has an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and a BA in Economics from University of California – Irvine.​

A previous professional tennis player, Aaron has been leading Ross Display as Partner/CEO for 7 years.
